We handcraft gems with real, recognizable ingredients: pure cane sugar, freeze-dried fruits, and fresh-dried herbs (like lemon balm, rosemary, and lavender). We never use artificial flavors, food coloring, or preservatives. You can actually see the beautiful fruit specks and crushed leaves right in the cube! Vegan and gluten-free.

A: No, our beverage cubes do not contain citric acid or sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) like some cocktail cubes, and therefore do not generate the chemical reaction to create carbon dioxide gas, which is released as bubbling fizz.
