Our Story

Shore & Stem was born in coastal Rhode Island, where ocean air meets flourishing gardens, and where gatherings had their magical beginnings in the gilded era. 

My affinity for gardening and crafting blossomed (literally) into the first fruit and herb-infused molded beverage cubes. For the holidays, I wanted to give my artisan cocktail-loving partner something made from the heart. And he loved the Citrus and Ginger Beverage Gems with whiskey. You could say he was my first test audience! They became my go-to hostess gift and everyone loved them (see reviews). Afterall, who doesn't love something elevated and sweet. Whether it’s a cozy tea, or a Sunday brunch with friends, I believe that what goes into your glass should be just as beautiful as the memories you're making around it. 

The Garden-to-Glass Experience

I'm hoping these small but special gems bring the "garden-to-glass" concept to your home or event. Each flavor infused beverage cube is handcrafted in small batches using real freeze-dried fruits, fresh-dried botanicals and herbs, fruit juices and pure cane sugar.

There are no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives added. You can see the fruit specks and crushed herbs right in the cube. These botanical sweeteners make champagne and cocktail moments feel more celebratory, and to turn an ordinary cup of tea into a garden-inspired experience.
