Return & Refund Policy
Because our products are handcrafted, small‑batch edible items, **all sales are final**. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than an issue covered in the “Damaged or incorrect items” section below.
No returns or exchanges
Due to the perishable and food‑based nature of our products, we cannot accept returned items back into inventory for safety and quality reasons. This means:
- No returns or exchanges are accepted on any sugar cubes or other edible items.
- All orders are considered final sale once they have been placed and confirmed.
Please double‑check your order details (shipping address, flavors, quantities) before completing checkout.
Incorrect, or quality issues
While we do not accept returns, we want you to be happy with your order. If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us so we can help.
You may be eligible for a replacement or store credit if:
- You receive the wrong item(s) or are missing item(s) from your order.
- There is a quality issue with your product at the time of delivery.
To help us assist you, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the packaging and product
We review these requests case‑by‑case and may offer a replacement order or store credit at our discretion. We are not able to issue cash refunds except where required by law.
Order cancellations
Because we start preparing and packing orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us at shoreandstemsugar@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number, and we will do our best to help if your order has not yet begun processing.
Shipping issues and lost packages
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timelines and handling are outside our control. We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect/insufficient addresses provided at checkout
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received
In these cases, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information. We may offer guidance, but cannot guarantee replacement or refund for carrier‑related issues.
