Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship via USPS with carrier-calculated rates at checkout. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after processing. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Hot & Humid Weather Packaging Our botanical sugar cubes and dried fruit ingredients are shelf-stable and ship well in warm weather. However, high humidity can make our sugar gems fragile or sticky. All orders are packaged with desiccant packs to protect against moisture during transit. We recommend storing your order in a cool, dry place upon arrival.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com.
